SiteVault is provided by Bancada Digital.

This privacy policy explains what information SiteVault stores, what limited information is sent to Bancada Digital for licensing, and how Google Play purchases are verified.

1. Local project data

SiteVault is designed as a local-first app.

The sites, floors, rooms, devices, racks, ports, cables, notes and network documentation you create in SiteVault are stored locally on your device.

Bancada Digital does not automatically receive, host, read or sell your SiteVault project data.

If you export, back up or share a SiteVault project yourself, you control where that exported data goes.

2. Local network discovery

SiteVault may use local network discovery to help identify devices on the network you are connected to.

This can include local IP addresses, device names, network services, ports and related technical details.

This information is used inside the app to help build your local documentation. It is not automatically uploaded to Bancada Digital.

3. Licensing and purchase verification

SiteVault may contact Bancada Digital licensing servers to verify access to paid features, Google Play purchases or voucher codes.

For licensing, SiteVault may send:

– A random SiteVault installation ID
– A device signing-key fingerprint
– App package name
– App version code
– App release channel
– Google Play product ID
– Google Play purchase token
– Voucher code redemption request
– Licensing challenge and signature data

This information is used to:

– Verify that a Google Play purchase is genuine
– Activate paid SiteVault features
– Issue signed offline licence leases
– Prevent licence abuse, replay attacks and piracy
– Support refunds, revocations and customer support

Bancada Digital does not receive your payment-card details. Payments are handled by Google Play.

4. Google Play

If you buy SiteVault features through Google Play, Google processes the payment and provides SiteVault with a purchase token.

SiteVault sends that purchase token to Bancada Digital so the purchase can be verified securely with Google Play.

Google’s own privacy policy applies to Google Play payment processing.

5. Vouchers

If you redeem a SiteVault voucher, Bancada Digital may store a record that the voucher was redeemed, the licence tier activated, the installation it was linked to, and the time of redemption.

Voucher records are used to provide access, prevent duplicate redemption and investigate abuse.

6. No advertising or sale of data

SiteVault does not contain advertising.

Bancada Digital does not sell SiteVault user data.

SiteVault does not use behavioural advertising.

7. Data security

Licensing requests are transmitted using HTTPS.

SiteVault uses signed licensing challenges and offline licence leases to reduce fraud and protect paid access.

8. Data retention

Local SiteVault project data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Bancada Digital retains licensing, purchase and voucher records for as long as necessary to provide access, prevent fraud, support customers, handle refunds and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Purchase-related records may be retained for up to six years where required for business, tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.

9. Data deletion requests

You can request deletion of licensing records linked to your SiteVault installation by contacting Bancada Digital.

Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, refund, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Deleting licensing records may remove access to paid SiteVault features unless a valid purchase can be verified again.

10. Children

SiteVault is a professional productivity and network documentation tool. It is not designed for children.
